Covid-19 Policy

Tri-Town’s Covid-19 Policies

These policies have been established as part of Tri-Town’s continuing efforts to stem the spread of Covid-19.  All visitors to our fields are expected to read and follow these policies as a condition to attending or participating in games or practices at our fields.  Failure to follow these policies may result in parent(s) or player(s) being asked to leave our fields, which are private property.  For the most up-to-date policies, and for our standard field rules, please visit Tri-Town’s website: tritownsoccer.org.

Players

  1. Players are not required to disclose their vaccination status to the Club or to their Coach. However, unvaccinated players are expected to comply with the Club’s requirements applicable to unvaccinated players.
  2. Unvaccinated players should maintain six feet of distance between individuals at all times, unless safety or the core activity (i.e., practicing, playing) requires a shorter distance.
  3. If a shorter distance is required, and while on the bench/sidelines, players must wear acceptable face coverings unless they are unable to tolerate a face covering for the physical activity.
  4. Players will wash hands before and after practices/games.
  5. Players will sanitize personal equipment before and after each practice/game.
  6. Players will not bring food or share water bottles.
  7. No high fives or handshakes.
  8. Any player showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 should immediately notify their coach (and, if that player is a Tri-Town player, Tri-Town United Soccer Club). No individual showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 will be permitted to participate in any practice, scrimmage, or game until cleared by their doctor and/or local health authorities to do so.

Spectators

  3. Any family members showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 should immediately notify their player’s coach (and, if that player is a Tri-Town player, Tri-Town United Soccer Club). No individual showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 will be permitted to attend any practice, scrimmage, or game until cleared by their doctor and/or local health authorities to do so.
